– Mazunte with the Turtle National Museum—4 km
– Ventanilla with its lagoon and crocodiles —10 km
– Puerto Angel (playa Panteon) for swimming and fishing—3km
– Puerto Escondido is at about 60 km from Zipolite and Huatulco at about 45 km.
– On direction to Puerto Escondido there are few beaches that worth to visit as Escobilla where you can see turtles and Agua Blanca famous for the oysters. On direction to Huatulco such as Bajos de Coyula and the bay of San Agustin de las Flores perfect for snorkeling.
